Hydrovac: Why Choose Hydro-Con?
Hydro-Con is committed to the health and safety of its employees, customers, environment and the public. Our hydrovac team- including all employees and management- undergo a wide range of classes and training as they progress through the years. We strive in providing a high quality of service with experienced and highly trained crews.
Safety First: The Hydro-Con Way.
Hydro-Con believes in a proactive, safety first approach to ensure an accident/incident free work site. Our employees are “Operator Qualified” at minimum with NCCER and Veriforce, and are trained in Safeland and TRAP training courses.
All of Hydro-Con’s trucks are equipped with ELD’s (Electronic Logging Devices) and our employees are trained on DOT rules, regulations and hours of service.
Training and Certification
Hydro-Con offers in-house training to their employees, but we also utilize 3rd party training facilities to ensure our employees receive a fresh perspective and outside opinions.
Ownership and Upper Management hold all employees accountable, as well as themselves, to all safety regulations within state and federal guidelines. However, we adamantly believe in the concept of “never enough,” and we vow to continually push the boundaries of safety for our employees, customers, environment, and general public.
Our commitment to a “Zero-Tolerance” drug and alcohol free workplace is met with random, pre-employment, post-accident and reasonable suspicion testing for ALL employees.
Safety is not just our focus while on location, but on the public roadways as well. We fully understand the responsibility we have to the general public, communities and our families; this is why we make a concentrated effort in only hiring the most qualified and experienced employees to be a part of our team.
